RFG at home
Your Home,
Our Priority.
Your plumbing works quietly in the background until suddenly it really, really does not.
RFG helps homeowners with repairs, replacements, renovations, upgrades, maintenance and emergency plumbing throughout Windsor and Essex County.
From one annoying faucet to a much less adorable basement full of water, get RFG on it.
RFG at work
We KEEP water flowing and
business moving.
When plumbing interrupts a business, the cost is rarely limited to the repair.
RFG provides responsive plumbing service, installations and upgrades for commercial properties and local businesses.
We identify the issue, explain what needs to happen and work to get things operating normally again.
The RFG Standard
If our name is on it, it should be
Real. F***in'. Good.
That does not mean plumbing never breaks.
It means the work we leave behind should be something we are confident putting our name on.
Pipes should be straight.
Connections should be clean.
Problems should be properly diagnosed.
You should understand what happened and what we did about it.
“Good enough” is easy to find. Really F***ing Good isn’t.
RFG is the standard we expect from ourselves, the people we work with and the finished work we leave behind.
That is what it means to be Certified RFG: our unofficially official seal of work that we are proud to put our name on.
The RFG Standard
A sticker is easy.
Earning it takes work.
Done
Properly
No temporary fix disguised as finished work.
Fix the problem. Do not hide it.
Built
clean
Straight pipework. Clean installations. A workspace treated with respect.
Good plumbing should look like somebody cared.
Explained
Clearly
You should understand what we found and what needs to happen next.
No need to be a plumber to understand us.
Owned
Completely
When our name is on the job, the responsibility is ours.
We stand behind the work and deal with problems
directly.
Put this all together, and you’ll find yourself saying “they lived up to their name.”

Plumbing Services
Plumbing problems have terrible timing.
A pipe does not care that it is Sunday.
A sewer backup does not care that you have somewhere to be.
And your water heater definitely does not check whether the company is coming over before giving up.
When the situation cannot wait, RFG offers 24/7 plumbing service.
Word Gets Around
